Cancellation / Prepayment

To secure your booking we require card details, some rates require a payment in advance and are non-refundable. We have a 48 hour free cancellation policy on non-refundable rates.

Children & Beds

Subject to availability and room type we provide additional beds and cots for children under 18 and infants. Cots are free of charge and beds are £20 each this includes breakfast for your child.

Pets

All pets must be under the supervision of their owner. £20 per stay covers basic cleaning. In the event of damage to the room this will be charged on a case by case basis.

Cards Accepted

We accept all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment by Amex.
What guests love the most:

We had two rooms (18 and 20). Both were wonderful! Room 20 is a premium room and had a shower/tub combo. Large bathroom and large bedroom with walk-in closet. It is located upstairs. Very quiet. King bed - hotel split to twins per our request. No closet but hanging rack available. Both rooms I felt were premium. The little details were nice - lovely teas, espresso, fudge, and bottled water. I love this touch.

We stayed in room 18 which is a premium double. Spacious ground floor room with own lobby. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. ESPA products. Nicely appointed room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and good quality bedding and pillows. A comfortable easy chair or two would be a good addition. Easy check-in with Kim at reception. We ate dinner in the on-site restaurant. Good menu and wine choice with friendly, efficient service. On site parking situated at the back of the hotel.

We booked a Premium twin room here and it was just beautiful. This room has the only outside courtyard (Room 19) I believe. Very spacious with comfortable single beds, seating area inside and out in the private courtyard, tea & coffee making facilities, free wifi, and lovely toiletries in the spacious bathroom with a great shower and separate bath. This is a gorgeous Cotswolds Hotel with traditional Cotswolds stone and ambiance, yet with a modern flare. Would definitely stay here again
