Cancellation / prepayment

To secure your booking we require card details, some rates require a payment in advance and are non-refundable. We have a 48 hour free cancellation policy on non-refundable rates.

Children & Beds

Subject to availability and room type we provide additional beds and cots for children under 18 and infants. Cots are free of charge and beds are £20 each this includes breakfast for your child.

Pets

All pets must be under the supervision of their owner. £20 per stay covers basic cleaning. In the event of damage to the room this will be charged on a case by case basis.

Cards Accepted

We accept all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment by Amex.
What guests love the most:

Loved our night at Sheep on Sheep Street. We adored our cozy room,14a with its calming decor. The bed and bedding were excellent so a great night's sleep. The bathroom toiletries were ones we had used at several spa hotels, with the bathroom being very clean and a good size.

We booked Sheep on Sheep Street due to its location, car parking, on-site restaurant, and breakfast. We booked a cosy room which is definitely more than that! Very roomy (room 7)! Comfy bed and lovely powerful shower. We made use of the coffee machine in the room too. We had snacks and drinks in the restaurant which were very tasty indeed.

We stayed in a Cosy Double, which is small but has everything. There was a pod coffee maker (including pods) & kettle with various tea bags, sugar & milk, etc. Bottled water was included & we had a bottle of Prosecco, due to the type of stay. I’d like to mention Sarah & Gabriella as 2 members of staff who were really professional & so polite.
